Hello, I'm Elisabeth

I work with leaders and individuals to expand and develop self-awareness and leadership skills, navigate transition, prioritize and balance their work and life, and find inspiring sustainable ways forward.

Often, my clients tend to be spending all their time “in their heads” and through coaching we incorporate and listen to the wisdom and intelligence of one’s heart and gut. It’s amazing what becomes available to us when these 3 centers of intelligence work together.

I can’t think of a better way to spend my life than working with people in this way and ultimately identifying and sustaining their unique and joyful ways of being in the world—ways that serve themselves and others.

In my own journey I spent a long time believing that someone else knew what was best for my life.  I remember thinking I wish someone would just give me a list of instructions with a to-do list of everything I needed to do to be happy and successful. Through being coached myself, I’ve learned to look inward for that guidance, trust myself and my instincts in making choices and decisions about how I want to live, love, work and serve.

It’s this deep self-knowing and trust combined with accessing the wisdom of our hearts and brave new steps forward that I love seeing my clients cultivate for themselves and incorporate into their lives and leadership through our work together.

I bring 15 years of experience as a marketer, project manager and entrepreneur to my coaching practice. My career has included co-founding a non-profit focused on eliminating health disparities through community and fitness and many years in the marketing and creative department at Starbucks Coffee Company.

I have a BA in Visual Communication with a minor in Global & Urban Studies and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership Formation. I am a Certified Professional Coach with Invite Change and hold an ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

I was a competitive gymnast through college and still love being active. These days I do more running and yoga than flipping, but I do occasionally sneak in a few handstands and cartwheels. I have a collection of children’s books and aspire to write one of my own someday. Cooking dinner or baking a cake for a group of friends or strangers is one of my favorite things particularly when pretty dishes and cloth napkins are involved. I cherish time and connections with friends and family and I enjoy experiencing new cultures and places through traveling. I live in Porto, Portugal and work with clients globally.
