Hi, I’m Elisabeth. I coach leaders who are motivated and eager to grow their capacity and self-awareness. They care about using their influence positively and are ready and willing to bravely look inward to see how they can grow and change to more effectively contribute to maximizing their individual and team potential.

I take a whole person approach, allowing space to slow down, focus and gain the awareness you most need. We develop character agility, leadership skills and determine + practice the actions that will move you forward.

I love coaching because of its unique method for cultivating deep self-knowing, trust and access to the wisdom of one’s head, heart and gut. From there, as we determine a fit + synergy, I’ll design a proposal with options based on our conversation for you to review and we’ll go from there.

Most coaching happens virtually. In person engagements are possible as the situation requires.
