Join us for a gentle morning workout combined with a guided interactive time of self-reflection on the topic of transition.
Many of us are finding ourselves in a moment of both personal and collective change. While this transition and others we will experience in the course of our lives can feel scary and confusing transition can also be times of growth and discovery.
In this workshop we will learn and experience tools for navigating transition. Together we will:
· Move our bodies! Expect about 30 minutes of gentle movement. A great way to start out the morning plus get out of your head and more connected to yourself.
· Reflect on your personal values and clarify what’s most important to you right now.
· Learn the difference between change and transition and a structure for recognizing and defining transition.
· Guided creative journaling to articulate where in the transition framework you currently are + what you most want to be honoring while you’re there.
A PERSONAL NOTE: The framework I’ll share for transition is one I wish I’d known my whole life which is why I love sharing it with others. It’s so relevant and helpful as we move through life’s inevitable seasons and changes. Also, after so many months inside connecting virtually I’m craving connection to others, outdoor time and movement which is why this workshop will be offered in the park and combined with a workout.
And don’t worry, we’ll keep our distance as we discuss and reflect. Given the times, a special Covid price of 10 euros per person.
