MEANINGFUL CELEBRATIONS
That mark growth, milestones and change

It’s time to mark who you’ve become (and are becoming) in a personal, meaningful and celebratory way. Some examples of reasons you might have to celebrate yourself:

lightbluelineblob.png
  • You’ve been through a season that’s been particularly tough OR full of accomplishment and/or change

  • A milestone birthday (or even a regular one)

  • Your kid has… stopped breastfeeding, started kindergarten, is heading off to college

  • The end or beginning of an era in your personal or professional life

And, the list could go on! I believe (and you probably do too) that marking life’s transitions and our own growth and transformation is essential for meaning and connection, and for all kinds of reasons we fail to do it well or opt out completely when we are the center of attention.  BUT! When we do it, in a thoughtful, unique to us and our circumstances way (i.e. not just another party or baby shower) we move through life’s ups, downs, endings, beginnings and in-betweens more connected to ourselves and each other.

What to expect when we work together

Our work together will guide you to create and host a meaningful gathering ultra specific to what you’ve been through, who you are + what you need. In addition, via coaching you’ll gift yourself the opportunity to more deeply process and celebrate, know yourself better + trust yourself more.

This is not “party planning, but rather a process of digging into the real need you want to address to clearly design a purposeful gathering. We’ll brainstorm ideas and finalize activities that align with your purpose. You’ll have our sessions to sort through doubts and dig into what’s getting in your way - inevitably when we set out to do something personal and vulnerable our inner gremlins can get activated, “i.e. Who do you think you are celebrating like this?! You’re asking way too much of people! ” Post gathering, you’ll have a chance to debrief how your gathering went, what you learned along the way and what you’ll cary forward.

HOW WE’LL DO IT
5, 1:1 sessions over 3 months

  • Inventory questions and gathering worksheet/checklist

  • 1, 1 hour inventory / discovery session

  • 3, 45 min coaching sessions

  • Post-celebration reflection activity / worksheet

  • 1, 30 min post-celebration debrief session

    Cost: $525 USD

Passionate x nerdy when it comes to being thoughtful and intentional about gathering meaningfully.

Hi, I’m Elisabeth.

I help generous, intentional souls invite others to see and share in their personal growth, milestones and life changes by designing meaningful, celebratory gatherings. I believe that these sorts of gatherings not only deepen our acceptance of others and our trust in ourselves but also make our existence more meaningful, fun and connected. So many of us our craving more of these moments.

Combining coaching with my love of meaningful gatherings is a perfect match for supporting people in creating better gatherings. I’ve found that identifying what you really need out of your gathering and what it’s purpose will be is actually easier done when you have a thinking partner - someone to be curious and ask questions that get to the heart of what you need.

When you get squirmy or overwhelmed, I help bring you back to why this is important and why you are worthy. I help you learn to get in touch with what really matters to you, ask for what you need and want, organize the time you set aside with activities that you really want to do, encourage personal growth and learning through the process and also tangible next steps. Ultimately you host a gathering that feeds your soul and allows you to be seen by your people. What we learn together will benefit you beyond the actual gathering.

On space for laughter and tears

A final note: I know that life is such that we all pass through seasons of growth and change that are REALLY HARD (painful, disorienting, unfair, heartbreaking, you name it). While sometimes your deepest need as you plan your gathering may be to do something completely light-hearted and fun, I also believe that sometimes sharing how a hard experience has changed you so that you can be truly seen and celebrated for what you’ve been through could also be what’s most important. It can be one or the other, but often it’s both. Great gatherings and the ones we’ll design together will allow space for all the parts of your experience and needs - which may evoke laughter and tears and everything in between. I know the idea of being a catalyst of stirring up strong emotions for you and your guests can be a reason to skip the celebration all together. And I also know this: Your people want to show up for you - they want to witness and celebrate you, just like you’d do for them.

With love,
