Join us at Praça da Galiza for small group, personalized outdoor workouts. Have fun and meet new people while getting stronger and more fit. All fitness levels welcome. Workouts will include a combination of the following:
• Guided stretching
• Endurance, agility and circuit training
• Core strengthening
• Total body conditioning
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and footwear. Bring your own yoga mat + water bottle. All other equipment will be provided. Classes will be taught in English.
Cost: 10€ per class
January & February Classes:
• Wednesday Jan 9, 7-8PM
• Monday Jan 14 and Thursday Jan 17 7-8PM
• Monday Jan 21 and Wednesday Jan 23 7-8PM
• Monday Jan 28 and Wednesday Jan 30 7-8PM
• All Mondays & Wednesday in February, 7-8PM

Meet Elisabeth, your instructor: Elisabeth loves bringing people together to encourage healthy and active lifestyles - she can’t wait to meet you! At the beginning of 2018 she moved to Porto from Seattle, WA where she started a fitness center and personally trained individuals and groups of all fitness levels.
